so i had a swim today.
after being majorly inspired by the swimming tales of frederikke.
and also very excited about the fact that my pool is finally ready to swim in.
so i swam.
well more like treaded water (also a freddie inspiration)
and hopefully downsized the thunder in my thighs.
it was marvellous.
